Spicy Chicken & Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds shrimp

  • 1 cup rice

  • 1 boneless chicken breast

  • 2 jalapeño peppers

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • salt & pepper

 

This is one of the delicious recipes, which is a combination of both Chicken and Shrimp and perfect dish to serve for your guest. The important ingredients for making this recipe include one cup of cooked rice followed by a boneless, skinless chicken breast which is cut in to three fourth of inches. Then, you have fresh, medium sized, two-jalapeno peppers minced well and yellow pepper, chopped well. Then, you need large, chopped tomatoes as well as one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Finally, you require quarter teaspoon of salt and pepper for better taste of recipe as well as half-medium sized shrimp that is peeled and boiled well. These are the main ingredients for the recipe.

Now the directions to make the recipe are that, you need to cook the rice well and keep it warm. Combine the above said ingredients like the pepper, chicken, olive oil in a large frying pan, heat it to about 4 to 5 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink at the center of it and it becomes brown in color. Then, take the shrimp and cook to about 2 to 3 minutes and see to that you do not over cook the Shrimp. Collect the tomatoes stir it well and cook to about for 1 minute or so. Then serve the hot cooked rice along with the chicken and shrimp. The dish is ready for your taste buds to experience it.
