Shrimp sauce is a very popular side
dish in every seafood restaurant. This popular dipping
sauce is easy to make and can be served as a side dish
for kinds of seafood's. Since fewer ingredients are
used, the preparation time is about 10 minutes and 10
minutes for cooking.
First, clean
the shrimp dehead, devein, and wash it. Now cut the
shrimp into half lengthwise. Add 1 tablespoon of olive
oil in a skillet and heat it. Add the shrimp, chopped
onion and crushed garlic the skillet and sauté the
ingredients for 1-2 minutes. Then remove the shrimp from
the skillet and store it in a storage container. Now add
the cayenne, basil, chopped tomatoes to the skillet. Now
at a low heat boil the mixture for few minutes. Add the
shrimp and parsley to the mixture and sprinkle the
grated parmesan cheese over it.
The shrimp
sauce tastes good when served along with deep fried
shrimp, spaghetti, or pasta.
