Ingredients

½ a cup of Thai sauce

1 teaspoon of peanut
butter

1 teaspoon of chopped
garlic

16 jumbo shrimps peeled
and deveined

½ a cup of carrots

1/2 a cup of red onions

½ a cup of bell pepper

1 teaspoon chopped
peanuts divided.

THAI SAUCE
-
2 table spoon of
ketchup
-
¾ teaspoon of
vinegar
-
½ teaspoon of
sesame oil

1 teaspoon of garlic
powder and onion powder

½ teaspoon of
crushed red pepper
-
1 teaspoon of ginger
-
1/8 cup of lemon juice
-
1/2 teaspoon of chili
sauce
-
mustard and 2
teaspoons of water

This is delicious dish if you like
seafood and most importantly shrimp. It takes a little
effort to make but well worth a try. The ingredients
used are above before the Thai sauce section.
in order to
make Thai sauce you need the ingredients above. To make the Thai sauce place all
the ingredients in a blender except the crushed red
pepper, blend well, and store it in a storage container.
Now place
butter and garlic on a heated sauté pan a cook for a
minute and add shrimp and the vegetables and Thai sauce
and cook for a 3 minutes .now add this to the pasta and
tossing it well to coat. Now shrimp pasta is ready..
