Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients

1 sticks butter.
Green onions of 1 bunch.
Long grain white rice of about 2c.
Chicken broth of about 4c.
3 scrambled eggs.
Soy sauce of about 1/4c.
2 small cans of tiny shrimp.

 

Shrimp fried rice is one of the tasty varieties of shrimp foods available. The preparation of this shrimp fried rice includes a simple recipe. The required ingredients for the preparation of shrimp fried rice are as follows.

Initially a frying pan is heated for about a minute. Butter is then melted in the frying pan. To this melting butter uncooked rice is added along with chopped onion. The mixture is then heated to a medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the mixture becomes golden brown. Frequent stirring is done throughout the process. Place the rice mixture into the 3-quart casserole dish. Then scrambled dry eggs are added along with chicken broth. To this, a thoroughly drained and rinsed shrimp along with soy sauce is added end stirred well. It is then covered. Finally bake this at 425 degrees for about 45 minutes or until rice is cooked well and broth is absorbed. Now a fine delicious shrimp fried rice is ready to serve.
