Low Carb Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup water

  • cup dry white wine

  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

  • teaspoon pepper

  • 1 pound raw shrimp

  • 1 cup sweet and sour sauce

  • 2 teaspoon of hot Chinese mustard.

 

 

This is the best dish for those who want to lose weight .people suffering from heart diseases and obesity can follow this low carb diet. This low carb shrimp recipe is rich in protein and minerals. The fat and carbohydrate content is less. This low carbohydrate dish easy to cook. The time required for preparing this dish is only 15- 20 minutes.

First, dehead, devein the shrimp, and wash it with water. Add one cup of water and white wine in a saucepan and allow it to boil for few minutes. Then add the shrimp in the water and boil for few minutes. After boiling, drain the water and store the shrimp in a separate container. You can make this dish spicy but adding garlic and ginger to the sauce.

Now in a container mix the Chinese mustard and sweet and sour sauce. Serve the mixture as a dipping sauce for the shrimp. You can use this sauce for grilled shrimp too.
