Boiled Shrimp Recipe


• Flour of 1/3 cup.
• Mixture of Martha white’s buttermilk cornbread of about 1/3 cup.
• ½ teaspoon of baking soda.
• ½ teaspoon of tartar cream.
• ½ teaspoon of paprika.
• ½ teaspoon of salt.
• ½ teaspoon of sugar.
• Ό teaspoon of garlic
• Ό teaspoon of onion powder.
• Enough amount of pure water.
• Shrimp with shell-on to fry.
• Oil for frying deeply.


The preparation of one of the healthy shrimp food has a simple recipe which is as follows. The ingredients needed to prepare this healthy shrimp are listed below.

Initially oil is heated up to 365 degrees. It can be tested by heating one shrimp. The shrimp should become golden brown within 2 to 3 minutes. Henceforth the heat should be adjusted accordingly. A batter is prepared by stirring all the dry ingredients together until mixed well. To avoid lumps pure mineral water is added in a thin stream in the center by mixing with a whisk. Stir until it becomes smooth. The consistency of the batter should be in similar to the pancake batter. Now the shrimp is dipped in batter. It is then drained for 10 seconds and dropped in hot oil. When the shrimp becomes golden brown, it is removed. It is then drained on paper towels and then served with cocktail sauce or tartar sauce for dipping. If corn meal mix is not available then substitute fine corn meal (1/3 cup), dry buttermilk powder of about 2 tablespoons and half tablespoon of baking powder and continue with the other ingredients listed above.
