Grilled Shrimp Recipe



  • 15 jumbo shrimps

  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)

  • 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

  • cup of olive oil and salt

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce


The grilled shrimp is a high protein dish. The preparation time for this dish is about 35 minutes and cooking time is about 10 minutes.

Using scissors remove the shells of the shrimp. Wash the shrimps with water before cooking. In a separate bowl, add the crushed garlic and 2 tablespoon of lemon juice. Mix it well and add salt and olive oil. Put the shrimp in the bowl and mix it well. Now cover the bowl and stores it in a refrigerator for 1-2 hours. After few hours, place the shrimp on the grill for 8-10 minutes. Keep turning the shrimps. Transfer the shrimps to a plate and serve it with garlic butter.

The ingredients to make garlic butter are -cup butter, 1-teaspoon Worcestershire sauce. One large garlic clove crushed, one tablespoon of lemon juice. In a pan add the ingredients and heat it. You may add a pinch of salt to taste now transfer the garlic butter to a cup and serve it along with the grilled shrimp. The grilled shrimp tastes good with the garlic butter.
