Ingredients
• Water of
about 6 cups
• 2 tablespoon of salt
• 2 tablespoon of vinegar
• Mixed pickling spices of 1 teaspoon
• 2 bay leaves
• 2 pounds of fresh or frozen shrimp in shells
• 2 stalks of celery

Cooked shrimp boast a major place
when added in the feast. A type of tasty cooked shrimp can
be prepared with the following recipe. The ingredients
needed for this recipe is as follows.
First the water, salt, bay
leaves, vinegar, celery and spices are mixed together.
Then it is boiled. Cleaned shrimp is added and it is
then covered which is boiled again. Heat is then reduced
and simmered gently for about 5 minutes until shrimp
becomes pink. After that it is drained. When it is
cooked in shell, shrimp is peeled; veins are removed
that runs down back. It is served chill with cocktail
sauce. To prepare cocktail sauce, 3/4c chili sauce, 2 to
4 tablespoon of lemon juice, 2 to 3 tablespoon of
horseradish, 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce and 1
teaspoon of grated onion, few drops of Tabasco sauce are
added with salt to taste. Thus a perfect cooked shrimp
with delicious cocktail soup is prepared.
